RETURN & REPLACEMENT POLICY

At Year-Round Delights, we want you to be completely satisfied with your order. We work hard to make placing and processing your order a pleasant and easy experience.

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item received is not as described in the store listing.

Damaged Items

Unfortunately, sometimes things happen and a product arrives damaged. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please contact us with your name, order number, and photos of the damage, and we will send a replacement as fast as possible.

Delivery Issues

Although we process orders quickly - usually in less than 24 hours - we cannot control how long it takes to be delivered. We cannot provide refunds for packages that arrive later than expected. However, we will help you track the package and make sure you receive your item. If you have any questions while waiting for delivery, please contact us by phone, text, or email, and we will check on your delivery status. You can also check the tracking at the top of our website using the Track Order link.

    If your tracking number states your order was delivered, but you claim you did not receive it, we have to rely on the tracking number. We would require you to provide a claim id from the local post office and validate it, as soon as the review is complete, we will be sending a replacement.

    We do not offer refunds or replacements when customers enter the wrong shipping address.
